Ergonomic Consultations

Many people spend hours each day sitting at a desk, using a computer, or performing repetitive tasks. Over time, poor workstation setup or movement patterns can lead to discomfort or injury in the neck, shoulders, spine, wrists, or arms.

An ergonomic assessment looks at how your body interacts with your workspace and provides practical recommendations to reduce strain and improve comfort.

Who this is for:

                                                Office-based work environments

                                                   Remote or work-from-home employees

Individuals who spend extended periods using computers or tablets

During the assessment, we review your workstation setup, posture, and typical work tasks. Recommendations may include adjustments to desk or chair height, monitor placement, keyboard and mouse positioning, and strategies to reduce strain throughout the workday.

Even small adjustments can significantly improve comfort and help prevent longer-term injuries.

Assessments are available for individuals or organizations looking to support employee health and workplace comfort.
